Part A: Concrete surface preparation
1. Smoothing even area and scratches using patching mortar
2. Cleaning and drying of the smoothened concrete surface.
3. Removal of any “spikes” from the concrete / screed
Part B: Basement waterproofing system (3,500ft2)
1. All joints and inner corners are protected with angle fillet and web.
2. Apply first layer of ARDEX WPM 300 @ 1mm
3. Apply second layer of ARDEX WPM 300 @1mm to achieve 2mm waterproofing membrane.
